Are you ready to join the SpinHouse Squad? Your First Ride is one for the books, and here is all you need to know before you clip in!
HOUSE RIDE. Our signature 50 minute class will take you on an exciting journey of endurance and strength training. You will experience a mix of track profiles, move in and out of the saddle, learn some of our upper body choreography and you’ll be motivated by an amazing instructor the whole way through. We incorporate a warm-up track, an upper-body weight track and a cool down, truly giving you a full-body workout.
POWERHOUSE RIDE. 60 minutes of just riding the bike. With no choreography and an extra 10 minutes of riding, this class is equally challenging and invigorating.
HEAVY HOUSE. The name says it all. This class is all about that dial. We climb, and then climb some more. Using slower paced track profiles, this class focuses on building strength and incorporating choreography that engages your abdominals and lower body.

Is there a beginner class?
The short answer is no. Our classes are structured in a way that gives you full control of how challenging you wish to make your class. You decide how hard you work in class, so all riders of all fitness levels can ride in the same class and get the workout they came for!
Can I bring my phone into the studio?
We really want the studio to be a space where you can fully disconnect from what is going on outside those studio walls and connect with yourself, body and mind. The studio is a phone free zone, so we ask that you keep. your phone in your locker.
What is the cancellation policy?
All classes must be cancelled a minimum of 8 hours before class to avoid a late cancel or no show charge on your account.
What if I am late to class?
The studio doors close 1 minute before the class start time, so please arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class starts (15 minutes for your first class!). If you are running late, give us a call and we will do our best to hold the class for a couple of minutes, but if you arrive after the class has started we will re-credit your account.
